Your resident cake lady here…

I grew up in Saratoga Springs, where my love for baking first took root. From an early age I began cooking and baking while my mom was away at work. I learned that food has a way of bringing people together — something that’s always been central to my family, my Puerto Rican culture, faith and throughout my career. That coupled with my love for community began my career path. Food, specifically sweets, became my calling card.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts, at Johnson & Wales University, I interned and worked in some of Saratoga’s finest restaurants and gourmet markets where I gained immeasurable experience and made lifelong connections. In 2021, I started Yours Truly Cake Designs, LLC, and the rest is history.

Now, as a small business owner of my first brick-and-mortar bakery and a mom, I pour that same care and creativity into every recipe. This bakery reflects what matters most to me: connection, cake artistry, and the joy of sharing something special made with love & intention.
